Social Sculpture by Juan Petry

hier klicken für die deutsche Version

The German-Spanish contemporary artist Juan Petry invited artists from all over the world to take part in a great international social sculpture. Juan sent each participating artist a set of raw stamps depicting silhouettes and asked them to change and creatively rebuild the stamps into something individual. All artists were called to send their results to the Museum of Modern Art in New York via mail art post.

I recently joined Juan’s project by sending one of my works to the MoMA. I’m excited to see where this goes and whether the MoMA will exhibit our Social Sculpture. Check out Juan’s website for project updates, project background and browse works of some other artists.
